Down Payment Assistance Program

A mortgage loan program being launched to increase the levels of owner occupied housing throughout the city. It is open to all residential property buyers who meet the qualifications.

This program offers an assistance payment equal to 3%, 4%, or 5% of the mortgage note amount, which may be used towards the down payment and other closing costs.  The program can be used to purchase new and existing residential properties, 1-4 units, including townhomes and condos.

At Southwest Urban we recognize the viability of this program for the historic areas around the University of Arizona and Downtown, our core areas of focus.  Our goal has always been to create the most beautiful renovations designed with owner occupants in mind.
