The redevelopment of this significant contributing property in the Dunbar Spring neighborhood in downtown Tucson is now complete.  This historic brick building has played host to a number of businesses throughout the years, with the most recent being a commercial truck repair and supply business.  This made the property a prime candidate for an urban renewal project to recapture the functionality and relevance of this structure to support area development and revitalization.

The 10,000 SF warehouse-style structure is divided into two large 5,000 SF areas with vaulted barrel ceilings and the enormous beams & bolts desired for an urban aesthetic. The administrative side of the building has been converted into 12 art studios and office-work spaces for Southwest Urban and Central Barrio Development, our development partner on this project. The other half of building that was the industrial garage, is now the home of locally-owned CrossFit Milo gym.
